At LUSH SOCIETY, each shirt is made to order and considered a custom item created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept general refunds or exchanges.

💵 Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not typically issued.

  • In the rare event that there is an error on our part — such as:

    • Incorrect design

    • Wrong size sent

    • Defective product
      We will gladly issue a refund or replacement.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We are unable to offer exchanges in most cases.

  • If we made a mistake with your order, we will correct it and ensure you receive the right item.

  • Carefully review the size chart provided on each product listing before placing an order.

  • Each chart includes detailed measurements to help you choose the best fit.

  • This is the best way to avoid sizing issues and unnecessary exchanges.

👕 Unisex Sizing

  • All of our shirts and sweaters are unisex with a relaxed fit suitable for both men and women.

  • Women may find unisex sizing slightly looser than traditional women’s cuts.

  • We highly recommend checking the measurement guide to ensure the perfect fit.
